Creator program terms

Last updated: May 2026

These terms apply when you apply to join, or participate in, Learn's Creative Program. They add to Learn's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where something conflicts, these terms apply to the Creative Program only.

1.What the program is

The Creative Program lets approved creators receive a unique promo code. Students who subscribe to Learn using that code receive a promotional discount (70% off the then-current advertised price). Approved creators earn a commission (35% of eligible payments we attribute to their code) according to how the program is described on our site and in your creator dashboard at the time each payment is processed.

Rates, discount depth, attribution rules, payout timing, thresholds, currencies, taxes, and the length of any commission window may change. When we adjust them we will rely on notices in email, the creator dashboard, Learn's announcements, other product surfaces, plus these terms. Continuing to promote code after a change counts as acceptance of updates that materially affect you unless we say otherwise.

2.No separate contract upload

There is nothing to mail in or countersign offline. Signing up means you intend to comply with Learn's Terms of Service together with these program terms — this is intentional so you can qualify at speed.

3.Eligibility and approval

We approve participants at Learn's discretion. We may deny an application without giving a detailed reason, or may withdraw approval later if promotions are misleading or harmful to students, undermine academic integrity rules, or bring Learn into reputational harm. Approved participants must keep account information accurate — including an email we can reliably reach — and cooperate with lawful identity or payout verification when asked.

4.Integrity and lawful promotion

You agree not to advertise or incentivize signup in deceptive or unlawful ways.

  • Respect platform rules wherever you publish (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, school groups, podcasts, campuses, and so forth).
  • Explain Learn honestly: no guaranteed scores, fabricated results, sham testimonials, cloaked redirects, bots, or purchased engagement presented as ordinary reach.
  • Do not impersonate Learn, classmates, lecturers, regulators, insurers, examining bodies with whose marks Learn is associated, Rightal personnel, nor create look-alikes or confusion about affiliation.

Learn complies with Nigerian law and expands globally responsibly. Activities that coerce payments, discriminate unlawfully against protected groups in hiring or instruction, circumvent export controls/sanctions, or promote exam cheating are prohibited and may disqualify payouts.

5.Commissions, payouts, and adjustments

Commissions appear in your dashboard when we attribute eligible payments to your code. Final amounts depend on successful payment, refunds, chargebacks, fraud checks, corrections, taxes, fees, and the rules shown in your portal.

You are responsible for taxes and filings in your jurisdiction when required. Bank or payment fees may reduce what you receive.

6.Brand assets and suggestions

Talking points, captions, templates, and scripts we share in the portal are there to help you move fast. Adapt them honestly for your audience. Do not change our logos or product UI in a misleading way.

7.Confidential information

Non-public information you see in the creator dashboard, early access materials, or internal emails should stay confidential. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse internal systems beyond what the product allows.

8.Your content and our brand

What you create to promote Learn stays yours. When you use Learn screenshots, logos, or product footage, follow any brand guidance we publish and do not imply endorsements we have not given.

9.Working with other education products

You are not locked into only promoting Learn. Partner with other platforms if you like. Always describe each product truthfully and do not imply that Learn officially endorses another company unless we agree in writing.

If we ever offer a separate exclusivity arrangement, it will be a clear, signed add-on — not hidden in these general terms.

10.Suspension and ending participation

We may pause or end your access to the program if these terms or our general Terms are broken, or if we need to protect students or the business. You can stop participating at any time. Some violations may affect pending or future payouts as described in your dashboard.

11.Liability

Our general Terms of Service govern limitations of liability. Nothing here removes rights the law says cannot be waived in your country. Discretionary payments or gestures do not create a binding precedent for future payouts.

12.Contact

Operational questions, payout issues, and dashboard bugs go through creator support pathways offered in-portal plus the Help Center.
