Coin Purchase Refunds

Coins are the virtual currency used on Rightal Learn to access premium features. Our coin refund policy is as follows:

Eligible for Refund

  • Technical issues preventing coin delivery
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases
  • Unauthorized transactions (with proof)
  • Platform malfunction during purchase
  • Coins not received within 24 hours

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Coins that have been spent or used
  • Change of mind after successful purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with AI responses
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago

Refund Timeframes

Different types of refunds have different processing times:

  • Duplicate purchases: 7 days

Premium Feature Refunds

AI Tutoring Sessions

Coins spent on AI tutoring sessions are generally non-refundable once the session begins.

Exception: Technical failures preventing session completion may be eligible for coin refund.

Mock Exams

Coins spent on mock exams are non-refundable once the exam is started.

Exception: Platform errors during exam may qualify for coin refund.

Study Materials Processing

Coins spent on processing study materials are non-refundable once processing is complete.

Exception: Processing failures may be eligible for coin refund.
